Abstract

This article presents initial reflections on the educational implications of chatbot technologies, made available partially free by the end of 2022. These artificial intelligences in chat format, but also image generators or audio transcribers, will suppose a revolution in basic educational concepts such as cognitive development in childhood and the notion of original writing. In particular, chatbot technologies, and other artificial intelligence resources such as image generators, offer tools for language learning dynamics and the development of multilingual awareness that are the prelude to a radical change in technological learning tools. Moreover, AI chats open up a new and promising terrain for interaction from what could be called techno-socio-constructivism.
