Issue 10 of Semas (July–December 2024) brings together five articles and two reviews that address very diverse areas of linguistics. The first work examines the perceptions of students of Spanish as a foreign language regarding written feedback, providing new perspectives on their learning and writing. The second article focuses on ambiguity in the translation of gerund verbs, with attention to parallel agreement. Next, the third work included here investigates the functions of the morpheme ka in Yaqui, O'dam, and Wixárika, while the fourth explores elision through suspension points by means of Greimas's isotopies and image schemas. Finally, it presents a study analyzing linguistic attitudes in historical texts from the southwestern United States in the early twentieth century, revealing ideologies within sociocultural contexts. The issue also includes critical reviews of relevant works in the field, contributing to contemporary analysis in linguistics.
